- Manufacturing and production job ads on Indeed have increased 52.7% year over year.
- Application conversion rates have declined 18.8% since March 11.
- The cost per application has increased 36% in the past month.
The staffing industry is facing a recruiting perfect storm of increased labor demand, reduced supply, and thanks to the Stimulus Package, a strong incentive for people to remain on unemployment.
