Making It Rain – From “Pounding the Phones” to Making it Pour

In this special Lunch with Haley, guest presenter Jen Lambert shares new ways to warm up the calls you make, get prospects to contact YOU and ways of filling your sales funnel; including ways you can attract customers and candidates while you sleep.

This isn’t just theory—these are specific things Jen’s firm has done that are producing actual revenue. They are on pace for a record year for new business. Last quarter more than half of their new clients came from in-bound leads.

This session is fast and furious with a very high IPM (ideas per minute) and we guarantee you will be able to take away at least three things you can implement right away. This session is for people who are willing to embrace change and new ways of operating. Come caffeinated!

Jen Lambert

Jenifer Lambert, CPC considers it her great fortune to have accidentally wandered into the staffing industry more than 20 years ago. What started as a “summer job” right after college turned into a rewarding career spanning all aspects of the business, including contract staffing, executive search, management, training, and business development roles. Jen eventually became a partner in TERRA Staffing Group, one of the largest privately held regional staffing firms in the Seattle area. Today, TERRA is comprised of six offices in the Seattle and Portland, OR metro markets. TERRA has been twice named to Inavero’s Best of Staffing list–an honor awarded to less than 1% of staffing firms nationally based on exceptionally high client and candidate satisfaction scores.

Jen has been featured in business publications including “Selling Power” magazine and is a top-rated speaker at national conferences. Jenifer was inducted into the Pinnacle Society, a consortium on the nation’s top producing recruiters, in October 2008. In addition to her role at TERRA, Jen coaches, consults and trains recruiters and staffing firm owners across the country. “It’s not a business, it’s a labor of love. This industry has given so much to me and if I can help one recruiter or firm owner elevate their game, I believe it elevates the whole industry.”
