Debra Hill began her career with CornerStone Staffing in 1997 as an Account Manager and by 2004, Debra had moved from sales into operations with CornerStone Staffing, working with the On-site Management team.

In this new role, Debra found ways to implement technology to make internal processes more efficient and in 2007 Debra became the position of Senior Operations Manager and was responsible for all technology company-wide. In 2012, under her guidance and creative eye,  CornerStone Staffing’s social media presence became an important part of CornerStone Staffing’s recruiting plan and brand advertising. In 2016 Debra was promoted to the Director of Technology and Social Media and in 2019 she was promoted to Chief Information Officer for CornerStone Staffing.  Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Adrian Dominguez, CEO of ROLINC Staffing

Adrian Dominguez is the CEO of ROLINC Staffing, a company based in Denver, CO,  serving the needs of manufacturers, construction firms, specialty contractors, and other industrial service/engineering companies for over three decades. He built a recruiting/staffing division from scratch and in 2021, became CEO / Owner of ROLINC and launched ROLINC Search in 2023.

Adrian has served as the President of the Colorado Staffing Association (2019-2023) and is now serving as “Speaker of the House / CSA Board Member.”  Under his leadership, CSA has grown both its membership and advocacy within the recruiting/staffing space.

Adrian is the proud dad of 6 children and acknowledges that his better half of 24 years is the main reason for his sanity in life!

Susan Wurst, Director of Account Management

Susan is excited to combine her passion for providing shareworthy customer service with her 25+ years staffing industry experience into her role as Director of Account Management. Born and raised in Minnesota (you betcha), she dislikes the snow and cold and travels to warm climates whenever she can. Tim attended Ohio State and has a background is Sales. In 1992 Tim founded Vector Technical with a mission to partner with companies and candidates dedicated to “Finding the Right Person the First Time”.
